Giveaway for Charity - Deathwing Assault against Hunger
Morning all, I hope that everyone has had a great week and has plenty of hobby plans for the weekend. Whether you’re at the LVO, Warhammer World for the Old World release day or perhaps just chilling at home procrastinating when you could be painting, let’s make today a good one!

We’ve got a special one for you at Unrelenting HQ today Games Workshops were incredibly kind enough to send me one of their limited edition Deathwing Assault Dark Angel boxes to preview. Unfortunately, due to my schedule being eye-wateringly rammed around work, home stuff and other previews, I’ve decided to give this box away!
Now, I know that there’s some ill will from some members of the community towards ‘influencers’ and ‘content creators’ due to the rare goodies that they receive, especially when the items are sold out within minutes of release and paying customers miss out on something they’re genuinely excited about.
I understand the frustration here, and thought I’d try and meet in the middle here. Instead of giving this box away to try and capitalise on likes, subscribers and followers, let’s do some good in this world!

Two years ago, I ran a Black Templar Army giveaway for Magic Breakfast. This charity does phenomenal work in helping to provide school kids with meals who would otherwise tragically go without, especially during this cost of living crisis. That giveaway was incredible and raised over £2000.00 for those children who can now have the energy, sustenance and comfort to learn while they’re in school (that’s over 7000 meals). This was a phenomenal showing from the Warhammer community and the amazing work that can be done with the passion we have for our nerdy little hobby.
As such, I’m doing it again!
To take part, all you have to do is leave a £3 donation, with your name included, and that will be an entry into the prize draw to win this amazing box. If you don’t leave your name, then you can’t win! When the lucky winner is drawn, I’ll reach out to them and ask for the evidence email of their donation with their name attached. This is a worldwide call to arms, and I will personally cover the postage for wherever this box goes in the world!
Each £3 donated is one entry, so you can donate as much as you’re happy to do so in order to boost your chances to win. Times are hard, but whatever we can spare to help hungry kids have something to eat, will do the world of good.
The Justgiving page is live, and any/all donations are welcome! The winner will be picked on February 3rd (3/2/2024) at 10:00 when the box is officially released.
